We combine generative AI and machine learning with the design experience we have built up doing custom development. We do not add AI because it is fashionable; we look for where in your work AI actually makes a difference and propose from there. That applies to new builds and equally to adding AI features to a system you already run.

We let AI learn from your internal manuals and accumulated records, then build it into the business system as a chatbot that answers questions immediately, or as writing assistance. It takes weight off the people who currently field every enquiry and every handover.

AI only works when there is data underneath it
AI is not magic. Without data to learn from or refer to, it has nothing to answer with. Almost every "we adopted AI and it was useless" story turns out to be about the data not being there to give it, rather than about the AI. That is why, when someone comes to us about AI, the first question we ask is where the data currently sits and what state it is in.
If your existing system has been accumulating operational data, that is a genuine asset. It can go straight to work as the basis for forecasting, anomaly detection or an internal chatbot. In that case we add the AI features without rebuilding what you have.
We will suggest building the path the data travels first. It looks like a detour, but putting capture and storage in place is faster and far more certain in the end. Because we can also build the business system, we can design the data structure with the AI already in mind.
Build the system, let the data accumulate, then add AI — that order lets you stage the investment. Not aiming for perfection on day one, and widening once the benefit is visible, is both less risky and much easier to get your own people behind.
The data you feed AI does not have to come from the office. Equipment running data qualifies as well. Because we also work on PLC ladder programs and IoT and factory monitoring, we can carry numbers from the shop floor all the way through to AI in one line.
Frequently asked questions
We want to adopt AI but do not know where to start.
Working out what AI could usefully do for you is part of the job, and we do it with you. We ask about how the work runs today, show you where the gain is likely to be and roughly what it would cost, and you take on only as much as makes sense. Trying something small first and widening it once the benefit is visible is a perfectly good way to proceed.
Can you add AI to the system we already use, without rebuilding it?
Usually, yes. Adding a chatbot or AI-OCR as a feature on top of an existing system is something we do regularly. We look at how your system is currently built and propose an approach that does not force a rewrite.
If we let AI learn from our internal information, could it leak?
We design the architecture around how sensitive the information is. If there is data that must not leave your environment, tell us at the outset and we will propose on that basis.
Is a small job worth asking about?
Yes. Automating a spreadsheet routine, or a small tool for a single department, is a normal request. We generally recommend starting there and expanding once the benefit is clear.
